Where are you based - can I collect my order?
We live in East Cowick, in East Yorkshire and of course, we're more than happy for you to collect your order!
If you would like to collect your order drop us an email at email@example.com and we'll sort it out :)
Where can I find allergen and ingredient info?
We understand that you may wish to send brownies as a gift so we ensure each box has a bespoke allergen card applicable to the brownie(s) you are sending.
We are proud to be a vegan business - we don't use any animal ingredients to produce our brownies. However, we use ingredients that state 'may contain milk' due to manufacturing methods of our suppliers - we produce bespoke Oreo cakes and we use Cadbury's Bourneville for example.
Our items contain wheat (Gluten) and Soya and some varieties contain Nuts, Peanuts and Sulphur Dioxides. In our home kitchen we often cook with Nuts, Peanuts, items containing Gluten, Celery, Mustard and Sesame and whilst we prepare our items separately using separate baking equipment our items are not suitable for customers with allergies to the above.
If you would like a copy of any of our ingredients before ordering we're more than happy to help - drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll ping you straight back with ingredients and potential allergens :)
Which vegan fairs are you attending this year?
We love vegan fairs!
In 2019 we were at Hull, Matlock, Cleethorpes, Scarborough and Bridlington!
We're hoping to be out and about again as soon as we can in 2021!
Hope to see some of you there - and if you have an advance order just let us know and we can have it all ready and packaged up for you :)
How do I order something bespoke?
Looking for something in particular - no problem, drop us an email on email@example.com and we'll be in touch to discuss options, timings, and the all important smaller details, we're happy to arrange a call if easier.
Do you do more than brownies?
We love brownies, and we love making them, but we do occassionally produce a few seasonal items. Time permitting we usually like to take something different to the vegan fairs - last time we made peanut butter biscuits and they went down a storm!
We'll be sure to update you through Facebook and Instagram as and when the seasonal non-brownie items go on sale!
How long will my brownies take to be delivered?
We bake and post the brownies the same day for ultimate freshness.
All brownies are sent First Class using Royal Mail and are sent in sturdy boxes wrapped in recycled bubble wrap.
Our brownies are baked to order and each baking/posting day we have will be in the drop down for you to select from.... if this doesn't work and you need them for a certain date please just let us know - we dont overpromise and underdeliver so we'll be totally transparent with you about when we'd be able to post your brownies and we'd do our best to try and get them to you on time!
Do I need to be in to take receipt of my brownies?
As our brownie boxes are double walled for protection and wrapped in recycled bubble wrap they don't fit through a standard letterbox.... to be safe, it is best to have your brownies delivered to an address where you know someone will be there to receive them e.g. a work address or relative/neighbours.
Do you supply wholesale?
Yes, we do - and we're happy to accept one off orders for special events or regular orders. We are able to supply individual wrapped brownies as a 'grab-and-go' alternative too, alongside whole trays to serve. Get in touch with us for a chat at firstname.lastname@example.org.
